The TMG Process

At TMG it is always our goal to complete client projects on-time and on-budget, while creating solutions that are not only well-designed, but also audience-appropriate. We do this via clear and constant communication with our clients. As such, our first step is to meet with the client to learn more about the company/organization and discuss an appropriate scope and timeline for the project. Ideally, during this first meeting we’d be provided with the majority of the information needed to get started.

After our first meeting, the creative process begins. We do visual research in order to inform ourselves as to what similar companies/organizations are doing; this allows us to come up with solutions that set our client’s brand apart from its competitors. We create a plethora of design concepts, which we then narrow down internally and refine before presenting them to the client.

We present concepts to clients in different ways depending on their particular needs and preferences. Once a concept is chosen, it is usually refined further, 2-3 times until completion.
